Well, to be honest I've had to deal with credit card fraud twice in the last couple years due to the internet (even though I don't buy things online often). I'm suspecting it was due to using my card to pay for pizza when I ordered online and didn't have the cash on me, 'cause it was the only site that'd make some sense as the one where my info wasn't safe enough (and the stuff the culprits used my card for was gaming-related, which is definitely also related to pizza).

But anyway, yeah, as long as it's a really safe place to order, online buying is okay, and I'll do it if I have to or if I trust the place enough. If I didn't have big stuff I was needing to buy/pay for soon (a pricey schoolbook, bills, and annual shots for one of my cats), I'd get you that sub. When I did have a good few IRL friends, I was the charitable one since everyone else falls under the typical 'broke college student' label. No reason I can't buy for an online friend. :3
